The DS1 delay/sequencer board offers a switching network that is ideal for (de)energizing an electrified locking device then, after an adjustable time, activating an automatic door operator. It is also suitable for other timing functions such as door sequencing in one or both directions, or anywhere a timing relay is required. For Telephone Entry system applications, the DS1 offers a direct connection to the entry panel, simplifying wiring and eliminating the need for and isolating relay.

The Command Access ML1 series lock offers the quality and features found in premium-quality, domestically made ANSI grade 1 mortise locks, yet at a significantly lower cost. The electrification and part tolerance maintenance is done here in the USA to ensure CAT’s high quality standards are met. The ML1’s chassis and trim are compatible with the Schlage “L” series locks so retrofitting to Schlage prep is never a problem.

Models Available:

ML180 (storeroom) – Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt retracted by key outside or lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

ML182 (institutional) – Outside and inside levers simultaneously locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt retracted by key on either side. Switched power allows both levers to retract latchbolt.

ML170 (classroom) – Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt retracted lever on either side unless outside has been locked by key. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

ML1480 (entry w/deadbolt) – Outside lever locked (EL) or unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt and deadbolt retracted by key outside or lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt and deadbolt. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.

ML1485 (privacy w/deadbolt) - Outside lever unlocked (EU) electronically. Latchbolt and deadbolt retracted by key outside or lever inside. Switched power allows outside lever to retract latchbolt unless deadbolt is thrown. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress. Available in EU (electronically unlocked) function only

Along with the styles and finishes listed below, we offer multiple functions and voltages to meet your requirements. The electrified mortise lock allows remote keyless access and egress control for heavy use applications where security and safety are critical. The Command Access LPM180 mortise lock utilizes a high quality Grade 1 chassis built to withstand years of abuse. This unique model brings latch retraction to a standard mortise lockset. Requiring no special door prep, this is the perfect solution for push-pull conditions, handicap access, and for automatic operators where panic devices are not necessary. The LPM180 takes advantage of out patented PM200 technology, allowing for favorable wire runs and multiple locks on one power supply. It is field handible and available in Fail Secure (EU) functionality. This mortise lock uses standard ‘type 86’ door prep and can retrofit to Schlage L9000 compatible trim. We offer this model as chassis only or with complete trim.

LPM180 (storeroom) – Latchbolt retracted electronically (EU), by key outside or by lever inside. Switched power retracts latchbolt for push/pull operation. Outside lever always rigid. Inside lever always free for immediate egress.
